William St. Mural Designed and painted by C. Penelope Duchesne, with painting assistance from: Amy Maynard and Pavla Vandersluis. Whimsical shoppers from the early 1900's adorn this 14'x54' mural. Painted in 2002, in the Trompe L'Oeil style of painting, it adds character and charm to a busy downtown corner on William St. in the city of Chatham.
