Humber River Collage Where the West Humber River crosses under Highway 27 near Humber College, along the bicycle path, you will notice a dramatic transformation of the standard grey concrete and graffiti into a tableau much more colorful and rich. From the roadside view, most of the park is below the expressway ramp and cannot be easily viewed. Underneath the bridge overpass, is a tranquil section of the Humber River, it is the under bridge structures that form the surface for the urban art gallery.
