Re-commissioned in 2004 Jacob Schram operated a blacksmith shop at the old town site in the late 1 800s before he moved his business to this location in 1906. He was the town’s blacksmith from 1906- 1915. He is pictured on the left with a helper. The mural shows what the view from the blacksmith shop was like in the early 1900s. One can see the corner Hardware Store and the steps of the wooden Canadian Bank of Commerce building.
